USA – Una bimba di 7 anni sognava di essere una principessa, così il papà le ha comprato un intero Regno. Si tratta di una striscia di deserto al confine fra Egitto e Sudan, Bir Tawil, una terra di 2.000 km quadrati che non appartiene a nessuno, a causa della disputa fra i due paesi. Lo scorso 16 giugno, giorno del settimo compleanno di Emily, Jeremiah Heaton è andato laggiù e ha piantato lì la bandiera del nuovo stato, battezzato «Regno del Nord Sudan».
L’uomo è venuto a conoscenza di questo territorio conteso su internet. Poi si è recato sul posto, ha piantato una bandiera, proclamando il nuovo regno. Ora il padre della piccola si aspetta un riconoscimento internazionale, in modo tale che in sogno di sua figlia si trasformi in realtà.
