LOS ANGELES – Jennifer Lopez ha ricevuto la stella numero 2500 sulla Walk of Fame, a Hollywood. Alla cerimonia erano presenti i gemelli Max e Emme, avuti insieme all’ex marito Marc Anthony, il fidanzato Casper Smart, la mamma Guadalupe Lopez e la sorella maggiore Leslie.
Tra le star che hanno partecipato c’erano anche il rapper Pitbull e Jane Fonda, che ha recitato con la Lopez nel film Monster-in-Law, uscito in Italia nel 2005 con il titolo di Quel mostro di suocera.
L’ex giudice di American Idol, che si è presentata all’appuntamento indossando una lunga gonna color pesca abbinata a un semplice top bianco smaniato, ha espresso tutta la sua emozione: “Sembra tutto surreale, ma non lo è, anzi è tutto vero e bellissimo. Vi amo, e vi ringrazio tanto per aver fatto questo viaggio con me. Questo momento mi spinge a lavorare di più e a sognare ancora di più per il futuro. Mi auguro di aver toccato il vostro cuore.”
La carriera di Jenny from the block é iniziata al cinema con My Little Girl e nel mondo della musica nel 1999 on l’album d’esordio On the Six. Da allora JLo ha venduto più di 70 milioni di dischi in tutto il mondo “Dovrebbe avere un intero isolato di stelle”, ha detto Jane Fonda, molto amica della 43enne attrice e cantante.
