LOS ANGELES – Cascata d’oro per David Beckham e figli alla serata inaugurale dei Kids’ Choice Sports awards di Nickelodeon.
David e figli sono stati premiati in maniera assolutamente originale e imprevista: l’ex calciatore, sul palco insieme a Cruz e Romeo, è stato infatti travolto da una colata di vernice dorata, fra le risate di tutti i presenti.
A proclamare Beckham il vincitore del Legend Award è stata una giuria di ragazzi che ha dovuto votare i campioni del mondo dello sport più popolari e amati, non per forza per quanto fatto nell’ultimo anno. Kevin Durant, giocatore di NBA per gli Oklahoma City Thunder, è stato proclamato Miglior atleta maschile, mentre Migliore atleta femminile è stata eletta Gabby Douglas, ginnasta americana.
