TOKYO, Giappone – Un salone di bellezza sta offrendo alle donne un trattamento facciale con lumache. Il trattamento é cominciato oggi – 15 Luglio 2013 – nella capitale giapponese e consiste nell’avere tre lumache strisciare sul viso.
Manai Takamura, una dipendente del salone di bellezza Ci:z.Labo, spiega che la melma delle lumache rimuove dal viso le cellule vecchie, cura le scottature provocate dal sole e idrata la pelle.
“In questo modo, i clienti possono avere l’estratto di lumaca direttamente sul loro viso,” ha detto Takamura.
Il ‘Celebrity Escargot Course’ dura in tutto 60 minuti per un costo complessivo di 186 euro. Per prima cosa i clienti devono lavarsi il viso. I molluschi vengono poi adagiati sulle guance e la fronte dove vengono lasciati liberi di muoversi.
A seguire, vengono effettuati una serie di massaggi, maschere e pulsazioni elettromagnetiche con creme composte da muco di lumaca. Questo trattamento fa si che le secrezioni delle lumache già presenti sul viso penetrino il più a fondo possibile nella cute.
Un cliente ha detto che sentire i molluschi sul viso all’inizio le sembrava strano ma si é abituata dopo poco e si é addirittura addormentata. “Adesso la mia pelle é liscia e idratata,” ha detto la cliente.
