LONDRA – “Nessuna sorpresa che Kate Middleton abbia un aspetto stanco”. Incuriosisce il titolo del Daily Mail a proposito di una duchessa insolitamente stanca, fotografata per le vie di Londra con qualche rughetta in viso. Ma l’articolo ha raccolto tanti commenti negativi. Cosa diceva esattamente?
Scrive Sarah Vine per il Daily Mail: “Due bambini piccoli, tre impegni in una settimana e lo shopping di Natale…Kate ha bisogno di meritato riposo”. E ancora: “La vita è dura quando hai due bambini piccoli. Non importa che tu abbia un marito disponibile, parenti gentili e staff a disposizione”.
“Ecco una donna che, a parte qualche settimana di riposo dopo il parto, non si è fermata un attimo”. Ad esempio, Sarah Vine, cita gli impegni della passata settimana: “Una cena di gala con i diplomatici a Buckingham Palace, un evento di beneficenza, una visita a un centro contro le dipendenze”. Insomma, per l’autrice dell’articolo Kate ha ragioni a sufficienza per essere stanca.
Ma i lettori non la pensano così. I commenti sono al vetriolo: “Oh, poverina. E’ così indaffarata: due figli, tre impegni e girare per negozi per Natale. Proprio non capisco come faccia”. E ancora: “Riposo meritato? Ma mi prendete in giro? Riposo da cosa? Ha servitù e tate per ogni esigenza, non deve uscire di casa per nessuna necessità, non deve neanche preoccuparsi di lavorare per mettere la cena a tavola. Dire che ‘tre impegni in una settimana’ è troppo è un insulto a tutti noi, che paghiamo le tasse per farla vivere così“. Un altro lettore: “Perché, Kate si sveglia ogni mattina alle 5 per prendere un treno ed essere al lavoro a Londra alle 9 e poi tornare a casa dopo 10 ore?”.
