VENEZIA – Catherine Deneuve torna da protagonista alla 71esima Mostra del cinema di Venezia con il melodramma “3 coeurs“, in corsa per il Leone d’oro.
La commedia di Benoit Jacquot è stata accolta tiepidamente al Lido. Deneuve interpreta la mamma di due giovani donne, Chiara Mastroianni e Charlotte Gainsbourg, che si innamorano dello stesso uomo.
“Per me è stato facilissimo calarmi nel ruolo della mamma che cucina tutto il tempo, anche io lo faccio per i miei figli: mi piace molto la relazione fisica e sensuale che si stabilisce con i propri bambini quando li si nutre”.
L’attrice, icona di stile e bellezza, ma prima ancora musa del cinema d’autore francese, è stata lanciata nel firmamento delle star proprio a Venezia, quando nel 1967 Luis Buñuel la scelse per il ruolo scandaloso di Séverine in “Bella di giorno”.
