STIRLING (REGNO UNITO) – Anche le giraffe quando serve vanno dal dentista. Kelly, esemplare di 14 anni, ospite del Blair Drummond Safari Park vicino a Stirling, in Scozia, è stata sottoposta a un intervento odontoiatrico perché non riusciva più a masticare bene, per via di un problema a uno dei molari.
A lavorare è stato un team di 12 veterinari. Il personale del parco safari intanto, mentre i veterinari erano all’opera hanno tenuto in custodia le altre quattro giraffe femmine che vivono con Kelly all’interno del parco. Le foto de LaPresse.
