LONDRA – Più che la costruzione di repliche di Parigi o rivisitazioni della Casa Bianca, l’ultima follia edilizia in Cina è rappresentata da una sorta di villa di montagna, sovrastata da tonnellate di vera roccia, costruita in cima ad un grattacielo di Pechino
A realizzare il suo sogno – un incubo per i sottostanti condomini – è un medico, Zhang Lin, che ha impiegato 6 anni, in spregio a tutte i regolamenti, per realizzare il suo sogno in stile disneyano di una casa nel cuore della capitale cinese ma che sembrasse realizzata in cima ad un montagna. Tutto il tetto del palazzo, che per il peso delle rocce inizia a presentare delle crepe, è coperto da questo finto paesaggio ‘alpino’ con piante rampicanti ed alberi. Inizialmente, come si vede sul palazzo gemello, c’era solo un attico. Zhang l’ha ricoperto di granito grigio, con una struttura che al suo picco raggiunge circa 20 metri.
