MOSCA – Gli storici magazzini Gum hanno chiesto alla casa francese Louis Vuitton di ”fare le valigie”, ossia di rimuovere il padiglione griffato a forma di baule montato in piazza Rossa per una mostra: è l’effetto delle critiche dei deputati locali e delle proteste di settori della società civile, che nella giornata di martedì 26 novembre avevano denunciato l’uso improprio di un ”luogo sacro” del Paese .
”Abbiamo informato i rappresentanti russi di Louis Vuitton della necessità di smantellare immediatamente il padiglione. Inoltre prenderemo misure urgenti per eliminare qualsiasi effetto negativo della struttura”, ha riferito un portavoce del Gum, che aveva organizzato la mostra in occasione dei suoi 120 anni. La società che gestisce gli storici magazzini affacciati sulla Piazza Rossa ha spiegato che la decisione è stata presa dopo le critiche di alcuni deputati russi e ha ammesso che la struttura supera i limiti consentiti.
Anche l’amministrazione del Cremlino ha chiesto di smantellare il padiglione di Louis Vuitton in piazza Rossa. Lo riferisce Interfax, citando una fonte della presidenza, secondo cui la costruzione del ‘baule’ non è stata coordinata con l’amministrazione del Cremlino.
