WASHIGNTON – Michelle Obama è nota per il suo impegno nell’educazione alimentare delle nuove generazioni. La first lady ha trascorso una giornata nell’orto della Casa Bianca assieme ai più piccoli americani divertendosi a fare l’orto con loro. La first lady, vestita con abiti comodi e pratici, si è inginocchiata per terra scavando e curando le piantine di lattuga, broccoli e spinaci, in prima persona. L’iniziativa si inserisce nell’ambito della campagna Let’s move, che ha lo scopo di combattere la diffusa obesità infantile negli Stati Uniti.
