LONDRA – Animaliste protestano in lingerie e teste di coniglio fuori Somerset House (Londra), edificio che ospiterà importanti eventi legati al mondo della moda, in occasione della London Fashion Week (12-16 Settembre 2014).
Il sit in è stato organizzato lo scorso 11 settembre dalla PETA, (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), un’organizzazione no-profit a sostegno dei diritti animali. “Nessun coniglio dovrebbe soffrire per la moda”, si legge sui cartelli mostrati dalle manifestanti.
“Ogni giorno, conigli dolci vengono bastonati, fulminati e scuoiati solo per il gusto di creare una giacca o una sciarpa “, commenta il direttore della PETA, Mimi Bekhechi.
