HONG KONG – Tutti i fan di Hello Kitty non possono proprio perdersi un ristorante come questo, interamente dedicato alla tenera gattina, dai piatti all’arredamento. Nonostante ne esistano altri nel mondo, quello che ha aperto a Hong Kong è l’unico che offre cucina cinese. La novità attira ogni giorno decine e decine di clienti e nelle ore di punta è possibile che si debba attendere in coda. I piatti proposti sono 37, con particolare cura alla preparazione per rendere le pietanze quanto più simili è possibile ai disegni della ragazza-gatto.
Per il titolare non si tratta solo di una scelta di marketing. “E’ anche un modo – spiega – per promuovere stili di vita più sani e ingredienti biologici.
