SACRAMENTO (CALIFRONIA) – Halle Berry e Jennifer Garner stanno facendo pressione sui legislatori californiani affinché impongano sanzioni più pesanti ai paparazzi che seguono e infastidiscono le celebrità e i loro figli.
Le due attrici hanno testimoniato in un Aula del tribunale di Sacramento, la capitale della California, davanti alla commissione che si sta occupando del disegno di legge al vaglio, che se approvato includerebbe nella definizione di ‘molestie’ anche il fotografare un bambino senza il permesso di un suo tutore legale.
Per la Berry è la seconda testimonianza in aula sul disegno di legge. L’attrice, in dolce attesa di un maschietto e già mamma di una bimba, ha raccontato che la costante presenza dei fotografi spaventa sua figlia che ha addirittura paura di andare a scuola. La Garner è quasi scoppiata a piangere descrivendo come i paparazzi seguano aggressivamente ogni giorno lei e i suoi tre figli.
