LONDRA – Glamburger è il nome dell’hamburger più caro del mondo: per mangiarlo bisogna sborsare circa 1400 euro. Ad inventarlo è stato il ristorante londinese Honky Tonk che ora lo farà assaggiare grratis al fortunato vincitore di una lotteria Groupon.
Ecco gli ingredienti dell’hamburger più costoso del mondo: 220 grammi di macinato misto di manzo di Kobe e carne di cervo della Nuova Zelanda, cuore di tartufo nero e brie, sale dell’Himalaya affumicato, astice canadese, zafferano iraniano. Oltre a questi ingredienti, Glamburger è ripieno di aragosta, sciroppo d’acero, pancetta, caviale uovo di anatra affumicato, maionese, tè verde giapponese e rivestito in foglia d’oro.
L’hamburger più caro del mondo è guarnito infine con mango di prima scelta, champagne e tartufo bianco grattugiato. Tutti ingredienti impegnativi e di qualità: quello però che non si capisce è perché il prezzo sia lievitato fino a raggiungere una cifra così alta. Ma ne vale davvero la pena spendere 1400 euro per un panino?
