LOS ANGELES – Sarà messa all’asta una raccolta di foto inedite di Marilyn Monroe e i loro diritti d’autore. Il banditore d’asta Darren Julien afferma che oltre un centinaio di immagini della Monroe verranno vendute al migliore offerente entro la fine del mese. Il set proviene dalla collezione di Allan ‘Whitey’ Snyder, che è stato il truccatore personale dell’attrice per più di 15 anni.
Una delle immagini mostra lo stesso Snyder mentre trucca la Monroe in lingerie sul set del film del 1960 ‘Facciamo l’amore’. Fanno parte della raccolta anche lettere, telegrammi e un portasoldi di Tiffany che la Monroe aveva regalato a Snyder. Sarà tutto messo in vendita in occasione dell’asta ‘Julien’s Auctions’ Hollywood Legends’, dove faranno parte della partita anche memorabilia di altre icone hollywodiane come Frank Sinatra, James Dean, Charlie Chaplin e Sammy Davis Jr.
