LONDRA – Dolce e Gabbana hanno dichiarato di non essere favorevoli ai bimbi nati in vitro, dati in adozione alle coppie gay. La loro dichiarazione ha suscitato un mare di polemiche culminata con una dura presa di posizione di Elton John. Ora la protesta si sposta in strada, esattamente davanti al negozio Dolce & Gabbana di Londra. Qui, alcuni manifestanti hanno contestato le affermazioni degli stilisti italiani sulle adozioni gay con tanto di striscioni e cartelloni (guarda le foto LaPresse in fondo alla notizia).
Come vi permettete a dire che i miei meravigliosi figli sono ‘sintetici’?”- aveva risposto Elton John su Twitter, padre di ben due figli nati con la tecnica dell’utero in affitto. “Dovrebbero vergognarsi per aver puntato i loro ditini contro la fecondazione in vitro, un miracolo che ha consentito a legioni di persone che si amano, etero e omosessuali, di realizzare il loro sogno di avere figli. Il vostro pensiero arcaico è fuori tempo: proprio come le vostre creazioni di moda”. E recentemente il cantante britannico ha rincarato la dose dicendo con una certa ironia di amare D&G. L’annuncio è avvenuto durante un concerto a Las Vegas: John ha inserito i due stilisti nel novero delle personalità che hanno ispirato e cambiato il mondo, al fianco di Lady Diana e Nelson Mandela, suscitando l’ilarità generale. Il cantante ha poi aggiunto di amare Dolce&Gabbana e i suoi abiti, ma la sua è sembrata più una presa in giro che un tentativo di pace.
