PARMA – Seicento partecipanti da 30 Paesi, più di 150 donne, tre giorni di gare e diecimila spettatori attesi: è il ‘biglietto da visita’ del Campionato mondiale della pizza, promosso dalla rivista ‘Pizza e Pasta italiana’, incorso al Palacassa di Parma.
Le prove della 23esima edizione sono una decina: dalla pizza classica a quella in teglia, da quella senza glutine alla pizza a due (cuoco e pizzaiolo gareggiano in coppia), dal freestyle individuale a gare di abilità. La madrina dell’evento è Valeria Marini (foto LaPresse)
