Van GoghLONDRA – Trentotto dipinti della collezione di Elizabeth Taylor saranno messi all’asta da Christie’s il 7 e l’8 febbraio a Londra.
Tra le opere anche il paesaggio autunnale di Vincent Van Gogh “Vue de l’asile et de la chapelle de Saint-Remy”, il cui valore è stimato fra i 5 e i 7 milioni di sterline, l’autoritratto di Edgar Degas e diversi dipinti di Camille Pissarro e Auguste Renoir.
I gioielli, gli accessori e i cimeli di Liz Taylor sono stati venduti all’asta a New York per un totale di circa 156 milioni di dollari. La diva del cinema è morta a marzo dello scorso anno all’età di 79 anni.
