CANNES – Jacques Audiard per “Dheepan” vince la Palma d’Oro del 68/o Festival di Cannes. Il cinema italiano non porta a casa nessun premio, nonostante i tre film in concorso: “Il racconto dei racconti” – Tale of tales di Matteo Garrone, “Mia madre” di Nanni Moretti e “Youth – La giovinezza” di Paolo Sorrentino.
Ma ecco la lista completa dei premi: Palma d’oro: Jacques Audiard per ‘Dheepan’. Grand Prix: Laszlo Nemes per ‘Il figlio di Saul’. Migliore regia: Hou Hsiao-Hsien per ‘The Assassin’. Migliore sceneggiatura: Michel Franco per ‘Chronic’. Migliore attrice: ex aequo Rooney Mara per ‘Carol’ di Todd’. Haynes e Emmanuelle Bercot per ‘Mon Roi’ di Maiwenn. Migliore attore: Vincent Lindon per ‘La Loi du Marché’ di Stephane Brizé. Premio della Giuria: ‘The Lobster’ di Yorgos Lanthimos. Camera d’or: ‘La tierra y la sombra’ di César Acevedo. Palma d’oro al cortometraggio: ‘Waves 98’ di Ely Dagher.
