LONDRA – Dietro una celebrity ben vestita c’è sempre una brava stylist: per esempio Kate Middleton prende consigli su come vestirsi da Pandora Delevingne: la mamma di Cara, ex modella e attrice. Secondo quanto riportato dall‘Independent, la Duchessa di Cambridge si sarebbe affidata a lei per la scelta dell’abito lungo firmato Jenny Packham, indossato alla prima di “Spectre” a Londra lo scorso mese. E a quanto pare Pandora sarebbe un’esperta di moda regale così come lo era sua madre, Jane Sheffield, era molto vicina alla Principessa Margaret, sorella della Regina Elisabetta.
Una fonte avrebbe rivelato a Grazia che, sebbene la posizione di Pandora non sia ufficiale, “è felice di consigliare Kate e lo considera un onore”. Visti i risultati, appare evidente che la mamma di Cara capisca molto in campo di moda e se fosse veramente lei la persona che è dietro alla svolta fashion di Kate Middleton, potrebbe essere considerata la personal shopper numero uno del Regno Unito. Vero è che rendere la Duchessa di Cambridge impeccabile non è una missione impossibile, considerando la sua bellezza. Kate è anche molto magra e questo facilita le cose: ogni outfit scelto le calza infatti a pennello. Per diventare un’icona fashion come lei, gli abiti hanno un ruolo fondamentale e ogni suo look non passa mai inosservato, dai tubini, ai cappotti ai tailleur. Iconico il suo abito da sposa a manica lunga in pizzo, che ha fatto storia.
La Middleton e il consorte William si sono sposati il 29 aprile 2011. Le loro nozze sono state celebrate nell’abbazia di Westminster a Londra alla presenza della regina Elisabetta II, di tutta la famiglia reale e di 1900 invitati. La coppia ha due figli: il primogenito George Alexander Louis, nato il 22 luglio 2013 e Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, nata il 2 maggio 2015. Più volte la Duchessa è stata paragonata alla madre di William, Lady Diana, morta in un tragico incidente stradale il 31 agosto del 1997 a Parigi, ma in molti non condividono tale paragone.
