LOS ANGELES – Nella città di Los Angeles si sono sposate sette coppie omosessuali cinesi nel corso di una speciale cerimonia comune: le coppie sono le vincitrici di un concorso in Cina, il cui premio consisteva nella possibilità di convolare a nozze all’estero, cosa attualmente impossibile nel loro Paese.
Chiamato ‘We Do’ (‘Sì, lo vogliamo’), il concorso è stata ideato per il 14 di febbraio, il giorno di San Valentino, sul portale cinese ‘Taobao’, appartenente alla e-commerce gigante ‘Alibabà ‘. Le coppie partecipanti hanno dovuto dimostrare la solidità della loro storia d’amore per essere scelte su 2mila partecipanti e avere viaggio pagato con cerimonia inclusa.
