Jul 01, 2015 - Blackpool, United Kingdom - She's just 4in tall but so pampered she goes for 'walkies' in a pram!AS WE stroll down Blackpool's Golden Mile, Bibity Bobity Boo is reclining like a starlet in her smart red pram. Her ears are twitching, her inch-long tail is wagging gently and the big bulgy eyes look sleepy and calm. She looks surprisingly relaxed - nonchalant, even. Which, given the endless dangers I'm assured she faces the moment she puts a minuscule paw out of her Goretex chariot, is really rather impressive. For starters, there are other dogs. 'Those idiots with bull terriers off leads,' says her owner Ron Lingham, 67. 'They could kill her in a second.' And cyclists: 'Racing along at speed, not watching what they're doing! That could be the end.'
