Women who have had three or more prior cesareans have the similar chances of a successful vaginal birth, about 75%, as a mother who has had a single cesarean says a new study. In fact, this study also showed that there were also not additional risks to mothers attempting to have a vaginal birth after multiple cesareans (VBAMC). This is good news for women who have been interested in planning for vaginal births.
