The 2010 Bocuse d’Or, the biennial world chef championship held in Lyon, France, just wrapped up with a Scandinavian sweep: Denmark took first place, with Sweden and Norway finishing second and third, respectively.

Team USA, under Chef James Kent, placed 10th. The best Team USA Bocuse d’Or finish remains 6th place — in both 2003 under Chef Hartmut Handke and in 2009 under Chef Timothy Hollingsworth.
