MURKOWSKI CERTIFIED AS WINNER OF ALASKA SENATE CONTEST – After Joe Miller had exhausted every avenue of appeal short of taking his case to Supreme Court or Texas Justice, Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell and Lt. Gov.
